Volkswagen  (VW) instrument problems:

We do our part to keep the VW cars rolling down the road.  Odometers break on these cars too.  Sometimes the speedometer squeaks due to a lack of lubrication.  A squeaking speedo may eventually lock up and break the cable in addition to causing undue friction wear on the speedometer shaft and housing.

We do not repair VW clusters with digital odometers.
