We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. We do not currently accept American Express. We process credit card payments via phone and by hand, in house. |

Some clients send their credit card information on our printable shipping form along with their broken instrument. We prefer to have your credit card information available before we complete the repair so that there will be no delay in shipping. Please call us with credit card information after you ship your package so we can ship when the repair is completed. We can call you for credit card information after completion of the repair, but if we have difficulty making contact the shipment will be delayed. Others send a check or money order with their unit. We do accept cash, although this is typically from in-person transactions, and we do not encourage you to send cash through the mail. C.O.D orders are also accepted.
